1 8-oz. Pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
½ Cup mayonnaise
1 Cup salad olives, chopped
2 Green onions, minced
3 Tablespoons olive juice
¼ Teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
½ Cup pecans, chopped
Stir softened cream cheese in a medium bowl. Add mayonnaise and blend until smooth. Stir in olives, onions, juice and pepper. Fold in pecans.
Refrigerate several hours before serving on assorted crackers. Keeps well in refrigerator.

nourish and comfort. Our Breakfast Feast is served from 8:00 - 9:00AM
- you pick the time. Some of our specialties include Orange Pecan
Stuffed French Toast, Peach-Almond Muffins, Creole Cheddar Grits
& Grillades, or Ginger Pancakes With Lemon Sauce.
Teatime is 5:00 - 5:30PM. We'll serve an assortment
of tiny sandwiches and sweets or maybe cheeses and fruit or a savory
dip or spread. Summer drinks include our signature Iced Peach Tea
or homemade lemonade. We'll help chase away winter's chill with
Mulled Apple Cider or Double Dutch Cocoa.
We keep copies of menus from popular local restaurants
to help you select a spot for lunch or dinner. We'll be glad to
give you directions.
