PRICES:
The Woodlands Suite - $149.00/night plus 8.5 % sales tax.
The Starlight Cottage - $149.00/night plus 8.5 % sales tax.
Rates are based on double occupancy. $20.00/night for additional persons over 12 years of age.
All rates are subject to change. We are unable to accommodate pets.

MINIMUM STAY / EXTENDED STAY:
We require at least a two-night stay at all times. Some holidays may require at least a three-night stay. Guests who wish to stay with us longer than three nights are offered a special rate of $129.00/night (Suite & Cottage) plus tax from the first night. Ask for a quote for a stay of more than 5 nights. Weekends (Fri. - Sun.) have 2-night minimum. Some holidays may have a 3-night minimum.

DISCOUNTS: We are unable to combine discounts
10% AARP Discount For Seniors.
10% Discount for Military with current service ID.
10% Discount for Repeat Guests.

DEPOSITS - CHECKS - CREDIT CARDS:
Guaranteed deposit of one night's stay is required at time reservation is made.
We accept all major credit cards. You may send a personal check for your deposit but your check must be received before your requested dates can be officially held for you. Balance is due upon arrival, payable by credit card, travelers check, money order or exact cash. We are unable to accept personal checks at arrival.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE:
We welcome arrivals anytime between 3:00 PM & 6:00 PM. We are unable to receive earlier arrivals. We receive later arrivals between 6:00 PM & 8:00 PM by prior arrangement only. In consideration of other guests, our latest possible check-in time is 8:00 PM. After 8:00 PM, a guest who has not made prior arrangement or who has not called will be considered a no-show, and guest reception will be closed for the evening. No-shows will be charged the full amount for all lodging, products and services booked. Check-out time is 11:00AM unless other arrangements are made.

CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations must be made fourteen (14) days prior to arrival date to receive a refund of your deposit. If less than fourteen days notice is given, we cannot refund the deposit, but will gladly apply it to a future visit. All cancellations and changes in reservation dates are subject to a $25.00 service charge. We are unable to make any refund for unused portions of packages or for unexpected early departure.

NO SMOKING POLICY:
In consideration for ourselves and future guests, there is to be no smoking or use of scented candles or incense in our home. An automatic $350.00 cleaning and deodorizing charge will be assessed on the credit card of anyone who uses these products anywhere inside our inn... both in the cottage & in the main house. Ashtrays are furnished and smoking is permitted outdoors on your private deck, the front terrace, the big deck, or the front porch. Unscented candles are provided. Thank you.
