   Rate Based Upon Double Occupancy (Two Adults)

Minimum Stay / Extended Stay:

 

 

   We require at least a two-night stay at all times.  Some holidays may require at least a three-night

 

   stay.  Guests who wish to stay with us longer than three nights are offered a special rate of

​

   $149.00/night plus tax from the first night.

 

 

Discounts:

  

   10% Senior Discount 65+ With ID

   10% Active Military With Current Service ID

​

​

   10% For Repeat Guests

​

​

    (Discount is 10% off nightly lodging rate or $16.90 discount per night; One discount

​

​

        per reservation.)

 

 

Deposits / Checks / Credit Cards:

  

   Deposit of one night's stay ($169.00) is required at time reservation is made.

​

   We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express for your deposit

​

​

   We are unable to accept personal checks.

​

​

   Your balance is due upon arrival, payable by credit card or exact cash.

  

 

 

Gift Certificates:

  

  

   Gift Certificates are honored for one calendar year from date issued. 

​

 

   Certificates are for the named recipient only and are non-transferable.

​

 

   The evenings of the stay must be taken sequentially in one visit.

​

 

   A $25.00 service fee will apply to any change of dates after reservation is made.  Dates may be

​

 

      changed one time only. 

​

 

   Purchase price of lodging, products and/or services outlined in a Gift Certificate is non-refundable. 

​

 

   We are unable to make refund for portions of a Gift Certificate which may not be used. 

​

 

   Gift Certificates may not be redeemed for cash.

 

 

 

Arrival & Departure:

  

   We welcome your arrival any time after 3:00PM.  We provide a self check in for our guests.

​

​

          We are unable to receive earlier arrivals.

​

  

   Guests who are no-shows will be charged the full amount for all lodging, products and services

 

 

          booked. 

​

​

   Check-out time on your last morning is by 11:00AM.

 

 

Cancellations:

  

   Cancellation must be made fourteen (14) days or more prior to arrival date to receive a refund of

​

​

      your deposit. 

​

  

   If you cancel your stay fewer than fourteen (14) days prior to arrival date, we cannot refund your

​

 

      deposit but will gladly apply it to a future stay that must occur within one calendar year from your

 

 

      original arrival date after which deposit is forfeited.

​

  

  All cancellations or changes in dates are subject to a $25.00 service charge.  

​

  

  One date change per reservation.  Guests who cannot honor a rescheduled stay will forfeit their

​

 

      deposit.

​

 

  We are unable to make any refund for unused portions of packages or products or for unexpected

​

 

      early departure.

 

 

No Smoking Policy:

  

   In consideration of ourselves and future guests there is to be no smoking inside our Cottage. 

​

​

   A $350.00 cleaning and deodorizing charge will be assessed on the credit card of anyone who

​

 

       violates this policy.  Such guests will be dislodged, forfeiting any remaining content of their stay.

​

​

   An ashtray is furnished and smoking is permitted outdoors on the private deck.

 

 

Children / Pets:

  

   We are unable to accommodate children under the age of 18. 

​

​

   We are unable to accommodate pets, but are glad to recommend two wonderful nearby

​

 

        professional boarders.  Both have kept our dog and cat when we have been away.
