The morning entree changes daily. Some of our breakfast specialties include Butter-Vanilla pancakes, Peach & Almond Muffins, our unique Breakfast Pizza or home-baked biscuits with country sausage gravy.
Select the time you want your Country Breakfast delivered to your door - 8:00, 8:30 or 9:00AM.
Also, we can arrange a lighter Continental Breakfast placed in your fridge the day before if that is your preference. You can enjoy it in your room at your leisure.

Blueberry Pineapple Upside Down Tart
1 Blueberry muffin mix
1 Package quick-rise yeast
1 Can pineapple slices, reserving juice
1/2 Stick butter
1/2 Cup brown sugar
1 Egg, slightly beaten
Marischino cherries (Optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray baking pan with nonstick spray. Rinse and drain can of blueberries. Set aside. Melt butter in baking pan in microwave.
Spread evenly. Sprinkle brown sugar over melted butter. Arrange pineapple slices over brown sugar.. Center each slice with a
cherry. Combine dry muffin mix and yeast with a whisk. Heat
2/3 cup of pineapple juice to almost boiling. Pour over muffin mix and stir well. Add beaten egg and mix completely. Cover bowl
with plastic wrap and let rise for 10 minutes. Add blueberries and
fold in gently. Spread mixture over pineapple slices. Bake for about 30 minutes until golden and set. Remove from oven and invert onto serving platter or board. Delicious served warm for breakfast!
